2. Compliance and Safety

Standards

All work is performed in strict compliance with the Québec Construction Code and CNESST standards.

Site access

Site access must be coordinated in advance. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

3. Intellectual property

Plans, quotes, concepts, and engineering documents prepared by Preman Construction or its partners remain our intellectual property until final and complete payment of the project.
